... it is designed to provide easy access for ordinary people to the enormous power of NLP. The text was selected by the Andreas' from Richard's seminars in the mid eighties, when Richard was first teaching how to elicit permanent change just by changing the submodalities of a representation. Although 15 years old, this is still the best introductory book to NLP as well as providing plenty for the more experienced NLPer.
Like all of Richard's books since Frogs Into Princes, Using Your Brain is hypnotic in nature. You only have to read it to learn from it.
But for those of us who want more, there are lots of exercises and principles to try on and language patterns to study.
